British Royal Family News: Chrishell Stause And Jon Cowan Back Meghan Markle Amid Latest Scandal

One celebrity to defend her was Chrishell Stause. The star, who appeared on Dancing with the Stars, is all too aware of being in the public eye, having experienced two relationships that ended badly: with Justin Hartley and, most recently, Keo Motsepe. The latter relationship was clouded by dishonesty in which Chrishell accused Keo of using his mother’s death as a way to gloss over his lies.

In a post to her fans on Twitter, she clearly made it know where her loyalties lie. She tweeted: “My timeline is very pro Meghan Markle, which I love. But I just scrolled some of the comments on a news site’s post & it was almost shocking that people hate her so much. I worry about people’s sanity who can attach so much hate to someone they don’t know.”

Just as Chrishell has defended Meghan, another person much closer to Meghan has also backed her. Step forward, Jon Cowan. He was the previous producer of Suits, a legal drama in which Meghan had starred in. This is what propelled her career before she met Harry and entered into the crazy world of the Royals.

In a post on his Twitter, Jon spoke about how he would back Meghan. He said: “It’s also possible the Duchess of Sussex is a good person thrust into an unimaginable world. Having spent three years working with her in her pre-Duchess days, I saw a warm, kind, caring person. I know nothing of her current situation, but she gets the benefit of the doubt in my book.”

Meghan has been open about being a victim of bullying, and as such, her team denounced the current accusations. A statement made by a member of her team stated: “Let’s just call this what it is — a calculated smear campaign based on misleading and harmful misinformation. We are disappointed to see this defamatory portrayal of the Duchess of Sussex given credibility by a media outlet.”
