‘Bachelor In Paradise’ spoilers find that Brendan Morais’ appearance on the ABC reality show was sponsored by the word “backfire”…and definitely not by NordicTrack.

By now Bachelor Nation knows all about the scandal that was Brendan Morais and Pieper James coming into Paradise already booed up, using the platform (and Natasha Parker) to boost their social media followers.

After the entire plan was divulged through hot mics, Brendan and Pieper’s Bachelor Nation followers decided they no longer wanted to follow such disrespectful peeps and Brendan lost over 100,000 followers in two weeks.

‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Spoilers: It was kind of awe-inspiring.

However, as Bach Nation–who shifted their allegiance to Natasha Parker and boosted her IG followers into the 400,000 range–rubbed their hands in spiteful glee, companies who had decided to partner with Brendan to use his platform for advertising realized they’d bet on the wrong horse.

‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Spoilers: Brendan Morais Denies Being Fired by NordicTrack, NordicTrack Confirms he Most Definitely Is.

One day after season seven of Bachelor In Paradise aired, a sponsored post from Nordic Track popped up on Brendan’s IG page. This was still weeks before the scandal would break. Now, however, NordicTrack has put out a statement saying they have unequivocally parted ways with Brendan.

The statement read: “NordicTrack is no longer doing business with Brendan and any further business plans have been terminated. His behavior does not align with the brand’s values.”

Despite this, Brendan, who has kept the “paid partnership” post up on his IG denies being fired by the company, claiming “My partnership [with NordicTrack] was never supposed to be long term.”

Seems like he was searching for another loophole, like the ones Brendan used when trying to explain away calling Natasha “annoying” and that she has “no prospects” in Paradise.

Sorry Brendan, but Bach Nation isn’t buying anything that comes out of your mouth these days. Meanwhile we wait to see which companies are going to jump in on Natasha’s 466k followed IG account! Show her the money!

Bachelor in Paradise airs Tuesdays on ABC at 8pm ET
