Virginia Giuffre Was Allegedly Paid $15,000 to Have Relations with Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein’s Former Lawyer; Alan Dershowitz Claims the Duke Made a Mistake Settling Out of Court.

Virginia Giuffre was allegedly paid $15,000 to have “relations” with Prince Andrew. Giuffre claimed that she and the Duke of York went together to the Tramp nightclub in London.

Dershowitz Suspects The Queen Wanted Prince Andrew to Settle

Giuffre said that the two of them stayed at the club for about an hour and that the Duke had ordered the drinks. Andrew denies any wrongdoing.

The court documents also contain an interview with Epstein, who did not want to answer questions concerning whether he blackmailed Prince Andrew, as he supposedly had sex with her when she was underage.

Epstein was also asked about the Duke of York’s sexual proclivity and about the behavior that Prince Andrew demonstrated before his dalliance with Giuffre.

Epstein pleaded the fifth. Jeffrey’s former lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, claims that the Duke made a severe mistake by resolving out of the courtroom with Giuffre.

Dershowitz told Times Radio,

“I suspect he was pressured by his mother to make that mistake. If he had fought the case, I believe he would have won. I believe the case would have been dismissed on a variety of grounds, but he didn’t want to sit through a deposition, or people around him didn’t want to sit through a deposition, so he settled the case.”

Dershowitz explains that sometimes people settle cases not because they are guilty but because they don’t want something else coming to light. He also quickly pointed out that Giuffre bragged to her friends about getting a huge payout.

Giuffre Allegedly Shared a Picture of Her and the Duke

It may be that Giuffre wanted some justice for being trafficked by Epstein and was happy to be compensated millions and millions of dollars in the settlement.

A woman named Carolyn Andriano, who was another victim of Epstein, reiterated Giuffre’s statement. She told the court that back in 2001, Giuffre told her that she slept with Prince Andrew.

Apparently, Giuffre texted Andriano from London, saying,

“You’ll never guess who I’m with.”

Then she showed a photo of her and Prince Andrew with his hand around her waist.

Dershowitz feels sorry for the Duke, as he is trying to say that Giuffre may have been over the age of consent at the time.

Allegedly, the Duke wanted to pursue the case but was pressured to settle. Queen Elizabeth was said to have contributed to the financial settlement.

There was also a 12-month gagging clause stating neither side could discuss the case or the financial deal.

Giuffre explained that while she believed Epstein had trafficked her, she said that she was immature and in a traumatic and distressing environment.

Another of Epstein’s victims, Sarah Ransome, claimed that Epstein had videos. These videos supposedly contained  Clinton,  Andrew, and Branson having sex with minor girls.

During a discussion, Ransome alleged that she “invented” the tapes but then said that the videos do, in fact, exist. She said that those involved were very worried about these tapes coming out.

“It’s no secret that everything was recorded. Multiple victims have come forward, confirming my account, along with others. I’ve also seen recordings in his office,”

Sarah said.
