One of the biggest fights between Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days was all about the prenup that Gino wanted Jasmine to sign. Of course, fans felt as if it was a good decision on his part.
The two of them did meet on a sugar daddy website site after all. Jasmine felt as if it was insulting that she asked him for a prenup and she felt it made her look like a gold digger.
On the newest episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, Gino gets asked about the prenup and why he didn’t have one with his ex-wife. Let’s find out a little more.

When he was asked about his ex-wife and how he never had a prenup with her, he seems a little nervous to talk about it.
He told the cameras, “She was working and she had her own retirement account with good investments. Now I’m not saying something’s going to happen to us, but there’s a small chance that, you know, something could happen. I have to protect myself.”

Gino felt very shocked when Jasmine told him that he needed to write a will and that she needed to be part of it. She is terrified that when she moves to the United States that she would have nothing if anything ever happened to Gino.
Gino added, “First of all when I hear she wants to do a will, that scares me. Like, what, am I going to be murdered? And it’s like, we haven’t even gotten married yet. That scares me.”
There are multiple cast members that actually stood up for Jasmine and mentioned that people really don’t ever know what will happen in life. Jasmine is very worried about Gino’s health and what may happen in the future. This is all pretty scary and understandably so.
Even though Jasmine has moved to the States, it is still unclear if she is happy with Gino. They have a lot of red flags in their relationship and Jasmine feels as if he doesn’t love her because of the fact that they never have sex.
Jasmine has tried to get him to work on their marriage and sex life, but we will have to wait and see what happens between them.
