‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Is Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) Making a Huge Mistake?

‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers suggest that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) may be making a huge mistake. She needs to be careful when dealing with the Newmans and her decision may mean disaster for her.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Interesting Offer

Sally Spectra got a surprise offer from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) this week. He just offered her a design position at Newman Enterprises. Sally was trying to start her own design business with her partner,

Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson). They have a lot of great ideas but have really struggled to get their business launched and running well.

Part of a getting a business going is finding clients, making them happy, and then establishing a reputation along the way. Since they are “green’, they have struggled to get hired.

They tried to get a job for Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) and then Victor Newman interfered. He did that so he could try to get Sally Spectra out of town, and away from his sons.

Sally and Chloe were able to turn that around and get a contract with Chancellor-Winters after all by pitching directly to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). While this is their first account, they are putting a lot of work and effort into pulling off something that will please their clients.

Now, Victor has stirred everything up by offering Sally a permanent position at Newman Enterprises. It would be more stable than a job requiring that she pound the pavement for clients, but is working for Victor ever stable?

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: His Own Agenda

Both Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) weigh in and tell Sally that their father always has his own personal agenda. Of course, he has his own reasons for inviting her into the company and at the moment, they remain private. The question is, can he really be trusted?

There are several reasons that he doesn’t seem to be trustworthy. He tried to pay Sally off to leave town after she gave birth, promising to start her up in business anywhere in the world at whatever price. But she would have to leave her baby with his family.

Just a short while ago, before Ava’s passing, he was eager to go to any lengths to get Sally out of his hair. Does he now just really want to keep her close to he can keep an eye on her?

He also seems too sure of himself and his abilities to convince Sally. Victor even called Jill and told her that he has hired another design company to take over Sally’s project for Chancellor-Winters so the transition is seamless. He does this without even an affirmative from Sally. He definitely can be a brute.

Sally is planning to tell him yes, but is this really the best decision for her? Should she say “yes” to the Moustache, or should she run like hell to get away from this offer?
