‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers show that Ingo Rademacher’s (Jasper ‘Jax’ Jacks) lawsuit against ABC has been dismissed and the network has come out victorious.
Rademacher took the network to court over his firing and battle against being forced to take the COVID-19 vaccine and whether he should have been exempt due to religious beliefs.
Back in December of 2021, the actor filed the lawsuit, however, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephen Goorvitch ruled in ABC’s favor. It was determined that Rademacher had health-related complaints, and not religious ones, which did not qualify him for an exemption for taking the vaccine.
Disney, who owns ABC, had mandated that everyone working on the show be vaccinated or they would be fired.

Rademacher fought back over what he felt was wrongful termination, but it did not go his way apparently. ABC’s lawyer said that Rademacher’s testimony was not about his religious beliefs, but rather not wanting to alter his immune system.
Even though Rademacher defended his claims by citing a book called Revelations of Ramala, the network was still skeptical since he admitted he hadn’t read it in three decades.
Of course, a lot of people have pondered what will happen to Jax and whether the character would be killed off or recast in order to put a stop to it permanently. The future will reveal if the program is happy to just keep Jax in Australia off-screen and barely referenced for the time being.
Depending on what transpires in Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) perilous GH plotline, that may alter since they would want an explanation for her father’s absence.
Any upcoming Jax appearances would undoubtedly be performed by a different actor, given the ill will resulting from the termination of Ingo Rademacher and this lawsuit.
In the event that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) experiences mayhem, Josslyn will have the support of the rest of her family, according to General Hospital spoilers, so be on the lookout for any depressing developments.
