That’s the question that former business manager, Thomas St. John, is asking since he cannot seem to find the rapper in order to serve him with the lawsuit that he’s slapping him with. While Kanye has been spotted out in LA, it would seem that right now he doesn’t really seem to have a legitimate home address, at least not one where he can be served with papers.
According to sources, Ye has been “living the nomadic lifestyle for months”, only in LA can someone like Kanye West even begin to fall under the category of “homeless” but it doesn’t seem like this is a circumstance of adversity but rather, one by choice and one where he continually avoids accountability.

His family has come out and claimed that Kanye is struggling with mental health, but that really doesn’t account for some of the things he’s said. He has come out in support of Hitler and Nazis and proclaimed himself a Christian Nationalist and all but declared himself anti-Semitic, none of which can be blamed on mental health.
He has also said in an interview that he thinks of himself as “mildly autistic”, which again, cannot be used to excuse any of his behavior, it seems that Kanye is just grasping at straws in the mental health bag to see which one fits and so far he’s come up painfully short. Ask Trisha Paytas, that’s not a good look. Now he’s nowhere to be found while his ex business manager tries in frustration to serve him with a $4.5 lawsuit for unpaid fees.
It would seem that right now, no one knows where to find Kanye, not his lawyer, nor his current business manager, or anyone on his team. This guy has pulled one of the oldest tricks in the book, “You can’t sue me if you can’t find me.” Ask anyone who has ever jumped bail before and Kanye has basically done a bougier version of that.
People do this all the time that have warrants, granted it usually does not end well for the person hiding out but it has happened before. He probably thinks if he hides out long enough that his business manager will forget all about the lawsuit but that is not the way that works, sooner or later the law does catch up to you and when that happens for Kanye, the news will be waiting.
