Ezra Miller is known for his role in the Flash and Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore. He has found himself in some legal troubles in Hawaii. On Tuesday morning, he was arrested. He was attending a party at a private residence in the Leilani Estates.
A news release for the incident said, “During the course of their investigation, police determined that the individual, later identified as Ezra Miller, became irate after being asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead, resulting in an approximate half-inch cut.”
True Crime: The Arrest
Miller was arrested at 1:30 a.m. for the second-degree assault of the young woman. He was pulled over when he stopped at an intersection. He was then released around 4 a.m. and has yet to make a comment on the incident and the arrest. This isn’t the first time that he has been in trouble with the law though. About three weeks ago, there was another run-in with the law and Miller. The Hawaii Police Department said that Miller had been charged with disorderly conduct and harassment when he was at a karaoke bar back in March.

Apparently, Miller was upset by some of the people that were singing at the bar and that is when he decided to start cursing them out. The HPD said, “Miller began yelling obscenities and at one point grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke and later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts. The bar owner asked Miller to calm down several times.”
There have been multiple restraining orders filed against Miller and the couple that he was staying with in Hawaii told the police that he “burst into the bedroom of the couple and threatened them. He said I will bury you and your slut wife.”
Apparently, he also stole some of their belongings that including a social security card, wallet, passport, bank cards, and a driver’s license. They were unsure why he would take many of these legal documents. The couple has since been denied another restraining order and they are seeking legal help for Miller’s actions.
We will continue to keep an eye on this case and Miller. It seems that he could be suffering from some issues that have caused him to do these horrible things to people. The police are not sure what to think of his actions, but he will have a sentencing date soon enough.
