Paola Mayfield from 90 Day Fiancé has made a lot of changes in her life since we saw her last. She and her husband, Russ Mayfield have been seeing a therapist together in order to get some of their marriage works in order. It looks as if they have made up and things are looking up for them, but there are some other changes that she has made.

Russ and Paola met in Columbia and then they started dating. She moved to Oklahoma to be with him and then they got married. They moved to Miami shortly after so that she could focus on her career.

They were on the first season of the show and they have become a very memorable couple. During the pandemic, they had a lot of trouble in their marriage. Like many other couples, the pandemic put Russ out of work and Paola had to become the breadwinner. She started wrestling and working more on her modeling, fitness, and being an influencer on social media.
Back in August of 2021, Paola made the statement that the couple had decided to take a break from their marriage. They didn’t want to get a divorce so they have been working really hard on keeping their marriage afloat. Going to counseling has really worked out for them and they are grateful for that. As it looks right now, they are working on their marriage and they are back to enjoying life together with their son. They won’t give up on their marriage and we have seen just how much they love one another through all of this.
Paola has made quite a name for herself in her wrestling career as well. Some of her fans weren’t exactly sure if she could do it, but they were shocked to see just how great she has been. She has won quite a few of her tournaments and has shown fans that she can do anything she puts her mind to. She is now focused on being a fitness coach and she has been seen advertising for different health products on social media.
Fans of 90 Day Fiancé are very proud of Paola and how far she has come since first appearing on the show. It looks as if she and Russ are doing much better and continue to work on their marriage.
