Just a few weeks ago, 90 Day Fiancé cast member, Elizabeth Potthast revealed that her father, Chuck Potthast was diagnosed with cancer. Chuck has been seen on the show with Libby and her husband, Andrei Castravet and although the men have battled it out before, they have been seen on Instagram hanging out together. A lot of fans have found Chuck to be very entertaining and love to see him on the show with his family.

Fans have been happy to see Chuck on 90 Day Diaries and get updates on what is going on with his health. We saw the trailer for another episode of the show and that revealed that he had been fighting cancer.

This really made some of his fans upset and he wanted to update them all on what was next for him. He hasn’t shared that much with his fans, but it looks as if he is ready to get us all back in the loop on what is going on with his health.
Chuck’s diehard fans have been showering him with love and prayers since the announcement was made that he had cancer. After fans saw the trailer though, none of the family has addressed his health until now. Now Chuck is ready to share his health update. In his newest post on Instagram, he shared a video of himself at the beach and wanted to give a cancer update. He looks like he is relaxing on the beach and having a great time.
He tells his fans, “I wanted to address last night’s episode of 90 Day Diaries. I’ve been cancer-free since my surgery in 2017. So for five years, I’ve been cancer-free.” He told his fans that he was so grateful for them and all the love and support that they gave to him as soon as they heard about the cancer.
One of his fans wrote to him, “We love you, Chuck! You are a hero and an inspiration.” Another wrote, “It takes a lot to share what you have about yourself. I admire your strength. God gives us only what we can handle so stay strong.”
One more added, “Congrats! I wish you many many more happy days with your family.” All in all, it does seem as if Chuck is in great spirits and his health is getting better. We are very happy that he is cancer-free and we look forward to seeing him on more 90 Day Fiancé.
