‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea Lawson) has finally posted on Instagram since being home as a new mom and gave us a little baby update! She noted that they’ve been taking a break from social media while at home with the baby (understandable), and that he’s doing really well and she’ll be back at work in just a few more weeks!
We have seen her on the show through prerecorded video calls to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) but it’s been a while since we’ve actually seen her on-screen with everyone else! If she returns in a few more weeks to work, it’ll probably be a few more weeks after that until we see her again!
“Everyone’s doing great… Uhm, heading back to work in a few weeks. Really excited for that. Uhh, yeah, just wanted to say hi and I’ll post more later. We’re kind of just hunkered down now and not on social media, but uhm, sending you guys so much love and uh, thanks for everything!”

We hope Melissa and her husband are enjoying being new parents and we can’t wait to see more photos. Hopefully, she’ll be uploading some later!
We look forward to seeing her return back to the show and what kind of shenanigans she and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will be getting into! Hopefully, they’ll be able to work something out for Connor’s sake, but it looks like Adam is pretty adamant to move forward as fast as possible!
