Ever since Josh Duggar was arrested for possession of child pornography, things have been rough for the family. Many of the Duggars have been in hiding, including Josiah and Lauren Duggar. Just a few days ago, a new family photo of the two of them surfaced and their fans are curious what they have been doing and why they were hiding.
‘The Duggars’: Labor Day Reunion
On Labor Day, Lauren and Josiah were seen at a family reunion and the pictures went up on their Instagram accounts. The Duggar family also posted a few of these family reunion pictures and it looks like they were at Farmland Adventures. They did some corn mazes and it looks as if they had some great food and fun!
The caption to the photo read, “Quite a few of us made it out to Farmland Adventures for a great day of family fun! It still feels like summer outside, but the giant corn maze sure did get us in the mood for fall! The pumpkin patch, pony rides, farm animals, pig races, 9-acre maze, and play area all made some happy, tired kids….and adults!”
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are also in the photos and it seems as if they had a great time with their children and grandchildren. This is one of the first times that they have been seen in public since Josh’s arrest too.
There was also a baby announcement at the family reunion! Jed and his wife, Katey Duggar announced that they are having a baby. The newlyweds are very happy about being pregnant and were so happy to share the news with their family. Apparently, it was all over the loud speakers at the reunion!
There were a lot of fan comments on the pictures on Instagram too. Many fans were just happy to see Josiah and Lauren since no one has really seen them in months. They were also happy to see Michelle and Jim Bob not looking stressed out or tense.
There is a lot going on in the Duggar family right now and it does seem like the family is trying to put their best foot forward, but after the show was cancelled, many of the Duggars may not be too sure what they will do for money now.
We are happy for the Duggars to spend some time with the whole family and we do hope to see more of them enjoying life more.
