‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers find that fans were in for a treat this weekend when alum, Nia Sioux tackled a gritty and all too relatable role in a new Lifetime movie.
Imperfect High, a sequel to the Bella Thorne helmed hit, Perfect High features Sioux as the new girl in school- and she does not cope well with the change.
In Imperfect High, Hanna Sioux and her family have just moved and she is now the new girl at Lakewood High. Hanna suffers from an anxiety disorder and changing schools triggers this anxiety.

While trying to fit in at Lakewood, which was rocked a couple of years prior by the shocking drug overdose of a student, Hanna finds herself torn between two boys- the boy from the wrong side of the tracks with a heart of gold, and the popular boy in school with a secret to hide.
The pressure becomes all too much for Hanna who begins to rely far too much on her prescription meds. Enter mom Deborah (played by comedienne Sherri Shephard), determined to save her daughter from this dire situation. Though Imperfect High debuted this past weekend, Lifetime is sure to replay the film. Not only will Bold and Beautiful fans want to tune in, but regular Lifetime viewers will surely recognize Sioux form the six years she features on the channel’s reality series, Dance Moms.
Of her return to Lifetime after almost five years, Sioux said, “It’s pretty cool to have been on Lifetime for a huge chunk of my life. To see me now, you know, 20 years old in a Lifetime movie acting as a lead alongside Ms. Sherri Shepard, it’s pretty cool, pretty insane.”
