Nothing like closing out the week with a bang, and NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers expects there to be a big bang coming.
As we start down the road of yesteryear’s episodes, there’s some trouble medical news on the horizon as well as a DiMera family argument.
Granted, the latter isn’t anything new to the DiMeras, and we’re actually looking forward to that and we have a good reason for it.

It seems as if Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) is looking for any way possible to infuriate EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and he’s going to have a doozy attempt here.
Johnny’s not going to be shy about what his movie is, and he’s going to go the extra yard when he mentions Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney)’s love of her life.
EJ will say it’s him and Johnny will tell him that role’s been taken by Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo).
We can already hear the blood rushing to EJ’s head as he contemplates how to murder his son.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For September 17: Kayla’s news
After Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) made it through Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans)’s cognitive test, he’s now going to have an MRI and Kayla will bring him and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) the results.
This is going to be a tough one for many of us, and ‘Days of Our Lives’ are getting the feeling something more is going on with Doug and we think it’s going to be a tumor or some other growth causing his problems.
We expect a difficult segment when they find out what’s wrong with him, and if our thoughts on the actor retiring are true, then we expect this go get a lot harder in the coming days and weeks.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For September 17: John and Marlena relive painful memories
With Johnny’s film close to being a reality, Marlena Evans (Diedre Hall) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) are going to discuss the particulars and it’ll trigger some painful moments.
It’ll start when Marlena tells John that Johnny wants to show how their affair turned Sami into the Sami we all know and love.
He won’t like that, but it’ll begin the process and with the possession storyline teased to be returning, this could be the first step.
