‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that it looks like the stars are about to align for Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). After sharing the last few months together, Ashland popped the million dollar question, and now we’re anxiously awaiting Victoria’s response.
While fans are split between Ashland’s true intentions, the other side seem to have huge plans for the duo that include being the next power couple of Genoa City! There doesn’t seem to be much in between.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Are Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) And Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) Set To Rival Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)?
If Ashland is to become a regular on the show, could he be one to rival the great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman)? For years they’ve been relatively unchallenged and Ashland feels like he could actually stand toe to toe with either of them, especially Victor!
To make things better, if Ashland does get married to Victoria, it should really help get under Victor’s skin, not to mention the merger. With Newman Enterprises and Ashland’s company coming together, there’s not much Victor and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
However, if Ashland is really playing a game and using a fake illness to get what he wants, we may never know. I hope that his character sticks around for a while to come and continues the story line with Victoria and sticks it to Victor.
