‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers say that while Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) has always dreamed of finding her biological family, this has all turned out to be one huge nightmare for her.
Now that she knows that her grandfather was responsible for the death of her father, she’s not going to let him get away with it. Read on for all of the latest spoilers.
Speaking to Soaps in Depth in a new interview, actress Mishael Morgan, who plays Amanda on the hit CBS soap, says that the lawyer is certainly going to come out of her character as she’s going to make sure that Sutton pays a heavy price for what he did to her father and ultimately, to her own life, too.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Amanda Is About To Get Her Revenge – But How?
She told the publication, “Knowing Amanda’s character, she’s gonna try and do things the right way and try to go the legal way. Try to sit down with the DA and expose everything that she has and see if that will lead to him possibly going on trial for it.”
She added, “But I think Amanda’s in this place where if that doesn’t work, she’ll figure out some other ways to make him pay. She has very high scruples, so other than breaking the law and going against her morals, I think she’s gonna do everything else in her power to make sure that he pays for what he did.”
And while there’s a very little chance that Amanda will ever forgive her grandfather again, there’s a chance that she might be able to build a relationship in the future with her biological mother, Naya.
Mishael explained, “I think it’s possible. I think that with everything that Amanda’s gone through in her life, her ability to forgive is a little bigger than a normal person. She’s learned to forgive, to move on, and to be this highly functioning person. But she’s not a pushover.”
