‘ Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’: How Erika Jayne Spent the $25 Million Meant for Orphans and Widows Revealed

‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Erika Jayne knew what she was talking about with her song “XXPEN$IVE” .

The bankruptcy case of her estranged husband’s former law firm, Girardi Keese has exposed just exactly what happened to the $25 million that was funneled into Jayne’s accounts.

Originally accused of refusing to turn over her financial records in the case, Jayne insists she “has been and remains willing to cooperate fully” with the investigation. Now, a legal demand letter that was obtained by Page Six alleges that money was transferred from Girardi Keese into EJ Global LLC, of which Jayne is the sole owner.

The letter further reveals that the entire whack of money was apparently used to pay off the reality star’s American Express bill and used for wages for her multiple assistants, agents  and notorious Glam Squad.

The full breakdown from the trustee’s lawyers claims that in 12 years (from 2008) just under $15 million was charged to an American Express card. Her company also spent $1.5 million at the McDonald Selznick Associates Agency, “the first agency dedicated to represent dancers and choreographers exclusively” as per the company’s self-description.

A further $1.4 million was shelled out for “unknown purchases”.

Stephanie Shepherd, the executive assistant formerly known as Kim Kardashian’s was given a scoach over $100K. Opus Beauty, an agency that represents “best and most influential and sought after artists in the business” (as per the company’s self-description) received $17.5K from EJ Global LLC.

Various public relations groups were paid high sums of money including E5 Global Media — who publishes Billboard and The Hollywood Reporter — received $8.5K, while the Los Angeles Times Magazine was paid $10.5K.

Poor ole Mario Dedivanoic, better known as Makeup by Mario, received only $1,000 in what many believe is embezzled money

Though Jayne’s attorney insists “no money whatsoever went to Erika,” the letter which will be filed in the bankruptcy proceedings as part of an amended complaint read: “Mrs. Girardi signed under penalty of perjury the return and personally approved the charges allocated to the breakdown.”

Her legal counsel also insists that “Erika never had and does not have personal liability for any debts or obligations of EJ Global LLC, period.” Meanwhile opposing counsel states that Jayne owes Girardi Keese over $28 million for her purchases plus interest. This money would then go to its rightful owners, the victims of firstly, an horrendous event like a plane crash or pipeline explosion, then of being ripped off by their lawyer- Girardi.

Though Jayne’s attorney believes his client “is entitled to move on with her life without this sort of harassment”, a judge ruled in July that Jayne could have to pay Girardi’s victims out of her own pocket, as she received funds from the lawfirm.
