NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal there’s been so much drama in Salem lately. Between broken marriages, family secrets, and more, no one’s had a chance to breathe in that town. Finally, that’s turned around and we love it. Let’s take a look at how things went down Friday and why it was a perfect fulfillment of a promise.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Okay, maybe not…
So, the episode wasn’t all sunshine and roses. There was some trouble for the DiMera family when EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerrigel) was forced to deal with his anger by Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker). It was a nice moment that showed how they’re on good terms. It was nice to see him opening up a little. But that was a small part of the day compared to the feel-good story the rest brought.

First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) was heading for South Africa. She wasn’t leaving with things unresolved, though. Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) stopped by to talk to Claire. She wanted to make sure Claire knew things worked out and she had no hard feelings toward her niece. Claire deserved this moment, and we were glad to see them send her off on a happy note. We’re hopeful she’ll come back before too long, full of stories of her adventures outside of Salem. Things got better later on.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Surprise!
Adding to the feel-good vibes for the day, when Claire and her parents stopped by to tell Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) about her new job, Ciara and Ben Weston were there, ready to get married on the spot. So, Claire got to play Maid of Honor before heading off to a new life.
And Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) was involved as well, reuniting them all one more time. It was nice to see, as they had a fun vibe during the lead-up to Ciara’s first wedding to Ben.
Then there was the wedding. It was pure #Cin, in our opinion. Neither one even wanted to let Marlena get through the whole spiel. They just wanted her to get to the good part. So, it was a quick, to-the-point ceremony with a slight add-lib here or there.
We particularly loved Ciara saying how “Better or worse” turned out to be an understatement when they said it last. Hopefully, this is one wedding that will lead to lasting happy. After all, that’s what was promised to fans when talk of Ciara’s return started: that #Cin fans would be happy. And, again, with all the onscreen drama combined with real-world stuff, a fun episode with lots of joking and fun was just what was needed.
