Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev made sure that their son Matteo had a birthday to remember, as the latter celebrated his first-ever one.

The pair, who met each other following their time on the hit TV show Dancing with the Stars, welcomed their son in July 2020. That was a major milestone in their relationship, as Nikki admitted that becoming parents brought them closer together and allowed them to iron out their differences.
And so it showed. In a post to her fans on Instagram, Nikki shared a picture of herself and Artem holding Matteo. They are both kissing Matteo on the cheek while holding him upright. In front of them, there is a cake for them all to tuck into. The post was captioned by the following comments: “Happy Birthday to my sweet, shy, loving, wild one, Matteo.
“This past year has been the most incredible year of my life. It’s been beautiful, hard, educating, enlightening and truly amazing. Oh, baby boy, thank you for being an answered prayer and making me a Muma.” Matteo’s birth was special for another reason too. Nikki’s sister Brie Bella had also given birth to her son (Buddy) around the same time.
Nikki joked about how she was able to give birth just ahead of Brie, who welcomed her son less than 24 hours later than Nikki. Although they did have a bit of a joke about this and made it into something competitive, Nikki would not change Matteo for the world.
She added: “I couldn’t have asked for a better baby boy than you! You have my heart, Teo! I love you more than anything in this entire world! Here’s to turning one my wild one! And to many, many more birthdays! And fun themes Muma gets to think of lol love you.” It is great to see the couple doing so well in their lives.
It is not clear whether they are planning on having another baby in the future. Regardless of what they decide to do, they will have plenty of opportunities to make happy memories with Matteo. And we wish them the best with that.
