CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are going to grab some marshmallows to roast as things look to be heating up in Genoa City once more.
Of course, it’s going to be a slow burn and build up, but it should pay off in the end as justice will be done. At least, to a degree.
We doubt everyone’s going to get what they want out of the upcoming resolution, but it should still a fun ending.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For August 2: Victor separates his children
It’s been a while since Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s been on Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle)’s side, but he’s going to flirt with that when he stops Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) from retaliating.
‘Young and the Restless’ think there’s a distinct possibility that Victor’s trying to pit them against each other by playing favorites again.
But he’s also protective of his children, and this is the perfect time to even the score after Adam kept him from going after Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) previously.
Will Adam accept that and let things be, or will he try to find a way to wiggle around Victor’s decree like that all have at one point or another.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For August 2: Questionable intentions
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) are going to be having some of their own fun as neither of them will buy into Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner)’s story anymore.
At least, not enough to give her the benefit of the doubt. This makes us expect them to compare notes and we’re sure Tara will listen in.
The question is, how will she react or will they notice her for once?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For August 2: Phyllis connects with a friend
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will be continuing her search for the evidence she needs to bounce Tara and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) from Genoa City and reinstate her daughter.
To do this, it looks like she’s going to meet up with Eric Forrester (John McCook) in Los Angeles to pick his brain, and he’ll be expecting it to be about Sally and what she’s done now.
While Phyllis will do plenty of digging, we find it curious how much she and Sally are alike. Both have spent their lives having to fight for something and now they’re squaring off.
We assume she’ll find what she needs, and then it’ll be Sally’s turn to deflect it and Tara’s to be crushed by it. That’s out opinion on the outcome. What do you think will happen?
