It was also discovered that Jayne received approximately $20 million in “loans” from Girardi to float her numerous businesses- including one that was opened after the legal woes began.

Attorney’s advocating for Giradi’s victims have demanded Jayne’s associates – her landlord, divorce lawyer, and accountant appear in court and have been ordered to turn over Jayne’s “key financial” records including checks, pay stubs, bank statements and even any emails and text messages pertaining to her finances.

Though Jayne has now agreed to turn over all documents and “welcomes the examination into her finances”, she is asking that opposing counsel be removed form the case.

She has accused the opposing attorney of harassing her with nonstop tweets about the case and influencing and encouraging her online followers to troll her over the fraud allegations.
