ABC General Hospital spoilers: Week of June 7th brings guilt, questions, and a sticky situation

General Hospital spoilers for the week of June 7th reveal things are getting real in Port Charles. There’s been non-stop action for the past week or so, and while Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is gone, he’s still impacting the town. Meanwhile, we’ll also go back to PA and see how things are getting more complicated by the day for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), as well as see some fallout from the standoff with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Here’s what you need to know.

General Hospital spoilers: Or not…

This week’s promo begins with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) saying, “Nothing like a new baby to bring a family together.” He couldn’t be more wrong. General Hospital spoilers reveal that’s, of course, not Valentin and Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) baby. While they might ultimately be sympathetic to Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) plight and might be glad she got help with the Peter situation, the family is bound to have mixed emotions. They’re already bonding with that baby, and one of these days, she’ll be going back to her rightful home. And Brook Lynn thought she had problems when she lost that ELQ stock…

General Hospital spoilers: Guilty conscience

Meanwhile, we’ll continue to see the drama unfold for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). In the promo, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) says he might as well have killed Chase himself. We get where he’s coming from, but we think he needs to take it easy on himself. Peter is the one who chose to throw that vial away, and we don’t think Finn purposefully set out to kill Peter. He was trying to stop him. So, really anything that happens to Chase (and Peter’s own fate) is on Mr. August himself.

In related General Hospital spoilers, Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) wonders what’s going on with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). The clips in the promo make it clear he’s, shall we say, busy this week. So, we’re guessing either Jax is noticing something off, or he can’t reach him about (Josslyn Jacks Eden McCoy). Given how worried he is about his daughter, and how dismissive Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is of his worries, maybe Jax is going to Michael. He might think Michael can influence Carly (and Joss).

General Hospital spoilers: Meanwhile, in Nixon Falls…

Elsewhere, General Hospital spoilers reveal Nina has definitely gotten herself into a situation that’s gone completely out of control. In the promo, Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) wonders what the problem is with “Mike” (Maurice Benard) and Nina having feelings for each other. Nina says she has no idea. We’re looking forward to how she tries worming her way out of this mess.

General Hospital spoilers: Aftermath

Finally, we’ll continue to see Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) fighting for his life. In the promo, Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) begs Curtis to wake up. Can we get this girl (and her friends) some therapy here? Seriously, it’s amazing any of them are even remotely okay right now after everything they’ve been through, especially Trina lately. Maybe Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) should spend more time at GH and less time playing hostage negotiator when he shouldn’t actually be doing the job to start with.
