Jason Knauf, who had notoriously accused Meghan Markle of bullying, has left his royal duties after having worked with Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Jason made instant headlines when he accused Meghan of bullying staff members to the point where they ended up on the verge of tears. Things were made more complicated by the fact that the revelations were made in line with Meghan’s controversial interview on CBS. In the midst of all this, Prince Philip’s health was taking a rapid decline, the latter who would then go on to pass away.
In an official statement, Jason thanked the royals for giving him the opportunity to make a difference. He said: “Working with The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge has been the privilege of my career. I will always be grateful for the opportunity I have had.” So who exactly was Jason? Well, he had been instrumental in putting William at the forefront of The Royal family.
Following William’s marriage to Kate, there was an increasing emphasis on the couple to increase their philanthropic work. After all, their marriage had taken their brand to a whole new level. That is where Jason came in. Under his leadership, William and Kate undertook numerous charitable initiatives. The most prominent of these were the couple’s emphasis on mental health.
This has been evident during the pandemic, with the pair being very vocal over their support for the health system in the UK. In an official statement by the couple, they praised Jason’s achievements: “We are immensely grateful for his hard work and commitment… Jason has driven positive change, making our vision for our charitable work and the causes that matter most to us a reality.
“We are sad to see him go.” While he did have a great relationship with William and Kate, his time with Meghan was not the best. Regardless of what had happened with Meghan, Jason has laid the groundwork for future royals to continue his hard work. And in the form of Prince George and Princess Charlotte, the next generation of the royal family is ready to take over that responsibility.
