Looks like things are going to be interesting in Genoa City next week, and CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are curious how things will work out.
Well, we know how they’ll work out for the most part, but the way they unfold looks like it could be interesting.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For April 10: Victor’s ultimatum
Just like that, we’re back to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) visiting Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) once again and issue another threat.
This time, it’ll be more of an ultimatum than a threat to take Connor Newman away from her. He’ll want to protect his grandson from her, and won’t have a problem traumatizing him as he does so.
It’s kinda funny how protecting one’s family often means destroying another, doesn’t it? Victor places too much faith in everyone buying into his way of doing and understanding things.
Lucky for him he won’t have to do that, directly at least, as his action will prompt Chelsea into doing something stupid she was planning to do before she was talked down.
Of course, Chelsea may surprise us all and follow through on her plan to take Connor and disappear.
It’ll destroy Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and send Victor on the warpath, but maybe this will help wake them up and force Victor to take a step back for once?
Especially since he really had little to do with how things have worked out for those involved.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For April 10: Adam’s apology
This is a segment ‘Young and the Restless’ are really looking forward to as Adam will apologize to Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso).
We think he’ll apologize for him being poisoned by Chelsea, but more than that he’ll apologize for causing a rift between Rey and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case).
He’s say that’s not his intention and he’ll explain once this is over he’s leaving and they can get on with their lives.
We expect Rey to respect him for this, but we don’t think it’ll change his mind. As strange as it may be for Rey to accept, he’ll be able to trust Adam more than Sharon.
How many can say that or ever expected to hear it?
It’s pretty cool that we’re finally getting the possibility for some new angles, and we can’t wait to see how they work out. Assuming they go this way.
