It takes one to know one, doesn’t it? Former The Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge is calling out current The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah an idiot for joining the show.
This comes after the reality star was hit with federal charges stemming from allegations she conspired to commit wire fraud and laundered money connected to a purported telemarketing scam, according to federal prosecutors.

Jen was arrested and taken into federal custody last week in Salt Lake City, Utah on the indictment which came down from a Manhattan federal court. And according to Tamra, she’s a dumb dumb for joining a reality television show, knowing all too well that she has been doing some shady stuff behind everyone’s backs this entire time.
“If you are doing illegal stuff, you’re an idiot, and if you’re doing illegal stuff and you go on a reality show, you’re a special type of idiot,” she said, referring to the fraud charges Shah is facing. “Why go on reality TV if you’re doing criminal acts? You’re just asking for it.”
However, Tamra Judge did take the justice system into play and remarked, “[I’d] like to say she’s innocent until proven guilty.”
Point well taken, Tamra.
Meanwhile, Jen might see a maximum sentence of 30 years, and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years.
In a statement to the press, Manhattan U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss said, “Jennifer Shah, who portrays herself as a wealthy and successful businessperson on ‘reality’ television, and Stuart Smith, who is portrayed as Shah‘s ‘first assistant,’ allegedly generated and sold ‘lead lists’ of innocent individuals for other members of their scheme to repeatedly scam.”
“In actual reality and as alleged, the so-called business opportunities pushed on the victims by Shah, Smith, and their co-conspirators were just fraudulent schemes, motivated by greed, to steal victims’ money. Now, these defendants face time in prison for their alleged crimes,” Strauss continued.
