Erika Jayne has finally spilled the beans of what went down in her relationship with Tom Girardi.

Erika, for her part, had been left somewhat traumatised by the whole ordeal. She parted ways after Tom was accused of cheating on her. But things got even worse after Tom had allegedly embezzled money from a variety of clients, which led to the couple facing major lawsuits. This happened under his watch, all the while, he was carrying on as an attorney.
During a trailer of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika was asked if she was aware of Tom’s criminal activities: “With any of the lawsuits, like, did you have a heads up? Is that why you got divorced?,” to which Erika stated: “No, I did not.” This made the whole saga worse, as the couple had been married for over a decade.
Such a significant breach of trust is unlikely to win Erika over, and by all accounts, this is only the start of her great expose. Andy Cohen has previously spoken on how Erika will reveal all. During an interview on the Bitch Sesh podcast, Andy stated: “She’s talking.This is what you have to know: we started shooting Beverly Hills, and everything was kumbaya.
“This all happened when we were shooting. She continued shooting.” Erika is entitled to do so in light of the revelations which have come out. Tom had been cheating on her despite his denials, and it was all put to bed after Erika had obtained proof. During a previous Instagram post, she had shared messages between Tom and another woman believed to be Justice Tricia A. Bigelow.
The latter had been serving as Tom’s mistress. The humiliation of it all, as it transpired on the show, has turned Erika into a dangerous woman. A source previously said: “Erika will address her divorce on the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Legally, there is only so much she is allowed to say, but she has been advised on what she can put out there. Viewers will also finally hear the other Housewives’ thoughts on Erika and Tom’s divorce.”
