We can only imagine what they have to say to each other, but at least their relationship is moving in the right direction. There’s a new report that says Prince William has spoken to his brother over the phone after Prince Harry’s arrival back in the UK.
The Duke of Sussex is currently in quarantine at Frogmore Cottage ahead of Prince Philip’s funeral service on Saturday. And apparently, both brothers want to make sure that they are on the same page before they make their first public appearance together in more than a year. Here’s what you need to know.
Prince William And Prince Harry Are Speaking To Each Other By Phone
According to ET Online, one source close to the situation says that there’s no drama between the brothers right now, despite the fact that Harry seemingly threw the entire royal family under the bus in his and Meghan Markle’s epic interview with Oprah Winfrey last month.
Instead, they are focused on putting on a united front at the funeral and in front of the world, for the sake of the royal family.
The source adds that both brothers “are united in their commitment to carry on their mother’s legacy despite the troubles that have existed over the past year.”
Meanwhile, a separate report suggests Prince Harry will be wasting no time in getting back home to California after his grandfather’s funeral, as he’s desperate to get back to his pregnant wife, Meghan Markle, and their son, Archie Harrison.
During their tell-all with Oprah Winfrey last month, the Duke of Duchess of Sussex threw the entire royal family under the bus, making his reunion with them right now quite awkward, if not also very painful.
With that said, Prince Harry will be back in the U.K. in July to be with William to honor their late mother, Princess Diana, at a statue unveiling in her honor, on what would have been her 60th birthday.
