Maybe Lori Loughlin was too busy with a pedicure appointment? There’s a new report that says Mossimo Giannulli was picked up from prison by none other than his two daughters, Olivia Jade and Bella Giannulli.
As a matter of fact, the two girls showed up with a surprise for their pops when they picked him up from federal prison outside of Santa Barbara, Calif. Here’s what you need to know.
According to Page Six, the two young women had a special surprise for their dad, as they hid in the back seat and popped up when he got in the car.

They showed up very early, as they arrived at the Federal Correctional Institution in Lompoc, Calif., right at 8:30 a.m., the earliest time they were allowed.
Mossimo was released Friday to community confinement, which means either home confinement or a halfway house. He is also now under supervised release administered by a Bureau of Prisons field office in San Pedro, California.
Lori, meanwhile, was released in December after serving a two-month sentence for her role in the college admissions scam. Loughlin also must serve two years of supervised release, perform 100 hours of community service and pay a fine of $150,000.
Late last year, Olivia Jade broke her silence on her parents’ prison sentence during a special interview with Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith and Adrienne Banfield-Norris on Red Table Talk.
“I felt so ashamed and embarrassed … although I didn’t really 100 percent understand what had just happened because there was a lot that, when I was applying, I was not fully aware of what was going on,” she said at the time. “When I got home [from spring break], I just felt so ashamed.”
The YouTuber added, “A huge part of having privilege is not knowing you have privilege, so when it was happening, it didn’t feel wrong. It didn’t feel like, ‘That’s not fair. A lot of people don’t have that.’ … I was in my own little bubble. Focusing on my comfortable world.”
As of press time, Lori Loughlin herself has not made any comments about her husband’s release.
