‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers find that Chanel Dupree (Precious Way) thinks she’s a cunning mastermind, trapping ‘Titan Industries CEO’ Xander into a quickie, drunken marriage. Much to Chanel’s dismay, she is soon to discover just how broke her new husband is.
But all is not lost for the newlyweds…or at least, that’s what they think.
Chanel’s mother, Paulina has been splashing her cash and financial situation all around town. “I’m rich!” was one of the first things Paulina declared as she bustled in Salem.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) Blackmails Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) for $10 Million!
Now that Paulina has cut her spoiled daughter off, Chanel is determined to hold on to a piece of the money pie by any means. This leads to Chanel and Xander concocting a plan to blackmail Paulina into cutting Xander loose from their lives.
Xander will demand $10 million to divorce Paulina’s daughter which he promises to split with Chanel. Paulina, however, will laugh in Xander’s face.
With Paulina’s niece, Lani Grant (Sal Stowers) regaling Paulina with stories of Xander and his misdeeds, surely Paulina would be willing to drop some of her expendable cash to rid the man from Chanel’s life…unless that cash is so expendable, after all.
Word is that Paulina will confide a huge secret in family- namely Lani and Eli Grant’s (Lamon Archey) twin babies. Is Paulina going to admit that she’s actually as broke as Xander? One bad investment could have seen Paulina’s net worth plummet- is that why she left Miami? Is that the real reason she cut Chanel off?
So, what does this mean for married couple Chanel and Xander? Surely they will cut their losses and part ways…unless something real begins to blossom in the interim?
