‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers find that Victoria Konefal proved this week why it is such a shame she will not be staying on contract with the soap. In an intense and emotional scene, her character Ciara confronted Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) about the memory of Claire’s attempted murder- setting fire to the cabin Ciara was trapped in.
These memories were dredged up during Dr. Marlena Evan’s (Deidre Hall) ill-fated hypnosis session but still Ciara does not remember anything about husband, Ben except that he is a serial killer.

Ciara freaking out as Ben tried to comfort her seemed like one of the realest moments we’ve seen on the soap on the show for quite some time.
Of course Ben is distraught, he’d pinned all his hopes on the hypnosis working, and now, knowing Ciara called Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) for comfort, he is at his wits end. Enough to try something drastic? Spoilers point to yes!
Ben wants to take Ciara back to the cabin where they fell in love, hoping being physically there will jog the memories Marlena’s couldn’t dig up. But how will he get Ciara there?
As traumatized as she is by the few memories she has gained, we can’t imagine she’ll go willingly, especially with a serial killer. Will Ben kidnap Ciara…in the name of love?
Bold move, and ill advised. Sure, it could work but even in the best case scenario, there will be a ton of PTSD for Ciara to work through. Worse case scenario, Ben will jut prove himself to be the psycho Ciara believes him to be.
Besides, is there any cabin left to return to after all the fires and attempted fires?
As much as we all want the couple to ‘find each’ other again, I’m all for Ciara being put in some precarious positions if it gives the chills Victoria provided on yesterday’s episode.
I smell a daytime Emmy for Victoria. Would that entice her to come back to the soap fulltime? Probably not, it will likely just her more confidence to move on.
