Well, it looks like we’re in for some of the standard fare CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers have come to expect in Genoa City.
The focus of the episode will continue to be on the two main protagonists, so we’re going to grab some comfort food and settle in.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For April 1: Another fight over Adam
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) are going to have yet another disagreement, and we figure it’ll involve Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) in some way.
We hope the writers will come up with a different discussion topic at some point, but we doubt that since it’d require going to the trouble of creating another scapegoat.
In this case, ‘Young and the Restless’ think it’ll be about Adam being on the run from a manhunt and Victoria challenging Victor for defending him.
Victor will stand by Adam and explain once more to Victoria why family is important.
While we agree with Victor on his stance with Adam, the fact he likes to play his children against each other knocks him off his high horse pretty hard.
The man loves being in charge and he’ll never rest as long as there’s an independent fiber in his children’s beings.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For April 1: Phyllis on the hunt
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will be up to something involving Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) because she can’t leave things well enough alone, and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) will question her motives.
Of course, those motives are going to be questioned a lot in the coming days as Phyllis will continue to try to fight her daughter’s battle for her.
Lauren will only have glowing things tot say about Sally just as she has since near the beginning, and chances are she’ll pass off what Phyllis says as being Phyllis.
There’s the chance that Phyllis will drop enough information that may give Lauren a reason to pause and consider giving her a pass, but we doubt it.
On the plus side, Phyllis will be entertaining as she deflects and denies any and everything Lauren questions her about, and she won’t give up until everything about Sally is exposed.
Given the fact Sally’s secret is about to come out thanks to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) being one of the dumbest characters around will only hasten things as Sally will be blamed.
Genoa City may feel like Los Angeles for Sally before too long.
