‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Spoilers: After A Two Year Wait, Fans Get A Return Date!

‘Bachelor In Paradise’ spoilers find the hiatus is over! A super-sized BIP, the fun and frivolous summertime spin-off that makes The Bachelor look like an HBO political drama has been slated to premier Aug 2. This will have it airing in between Katie Thurston and Michelle Young’s back-to-back Bachelorette seasons.

Though there have been limited details released about the seventh season, it appears the cast will be larger than ever. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the Mexican beach resort filmed show could not be produced in 2020. This gives the casting team an almost endless supply of love-starved bachelor and bachelorettes who can all rock the heck out of a swimsuit to choose from.

‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Spoilers: After A Two Year Wait, Fans Get A Return Date!

Discards from Matt James and Peter Webber’s seasons (and heck, maybe the men themselves who were both left single shortly after their seasons ended) along with the losing bachelors from Hannah Brown’s and the Tayshia Adams/Clare Crawley double feature season will all be ripe for the choosing. It also wouldn’t be a stretch to think some of Katie Thurston’s ‘losing’ contestants will be a part of the casting pool.

One detail that has leaked is that contestants from The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart will also find their way to paradise, perhaps more to bring the ratio of women up? Bachelor Nation has been very vocal about not wanting to see the toxic, bullying crowd of mean girls from Matt’s season to be rewarded with a trip to Paradise.

ABC exec, Robert Mills seemingly confirmed one contestant has already been cast. Retweeting a post about Dr. Joe Park, a favorite from Tayshia and Clare’s season receiving his Covid vaccination, Mills wrote “We’ve got ourselves a vaccinated Paradisian!!”

Further spoilers on Reddit say both Mykenna Dorn and Alayah Benavidez, both cast in villain roles on Peter’s season were 99.9% confirmed to make an appearance on Bachelor In Paradise.

While there is a premier date for the long awaited season 7, there is still no location confirmed. As we all know, there is not much use in making any future travel plans these days, so it will be a very interesting season for the entire production team who are apparently already working hard to make this season come to fruition.

Fingers crossed you can do it guys- we could all do with a bit of armchair travel x mindless television these days!
