’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers finds that Rebecca Parrot and Zied Hakimi went out to meet her son Brandon, we found out on this little trip that Rebecca has five grandchildren, which means, if she and Zied get married that he is already a Grandpa.
A fact that Zied found absolutely hilarious and refreshingly exciting. Most young guys would probably find the idea of being Grandpa to be, at the very least, a little intimidating. But not Zied, he was amused! The good thing is, Zied has experience with kids because his sister is a Mom, and he also likes kids, that’s another plus in Rebecca’s favor.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Papa Zied?
Unlike Rebecca’s daughter, Tiffany, Brandon seems to have a totally different kind of personality, instead of instantly side-eying Zied and getting all up in arms because he doesn’t seem to be “doing enough” as Tiffany and Melanie did, Brandon actually seemed pretty cool with the fact that Zied and his Mom are together.
He brushed off Zied’s awkwardness as “to be expected” because he hasn’t been in the United States for that long, honestly, that’s a refreshing way of looking at things. Rebecca said that Brandon has seen her at some of her worst times, so perhaps this makes him a bit more sympathetic to his Mom, or at least a bit more tolerant of any situations that could arise.
Brandon doesn’t really have anything bad to say about Zied, and I think Zied needs that sort of street cred among Rebecca’s family – I’m glad that Brandon can give him that.
However I don’t think that it was the daughter-in-law’s place to suddenly bring up Zied’s own desire to have children when Rebecca clearly can’t have anymore. She shared in her confessional that she could no longer have children due to a partial hysterctomy she had to have when she was in her mid-30’s when they discovered a tumor.
The daughter-in-law was pretty crass bringing up, “Oh, you don’t want kids of your own, you’re okay with just being Papa Zied?” seriously, woman? Poor Rebecca, she said it broke her heart because she thinks about how good of a Dad he would be all the time and she doesn’t want him to regret coming here and being with her and not having kids of his own. Right now, Zied seems to be fine with that, but time will tell how fine he actually is. Stay tuned!!!
