’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers reveal that, after all of the fuss involved in the practically shotgun wedding of Rebecca Parrot and Zied Hakimi, we can now safely say that Mr. and Mrs. Zied Hakimi are now hitched. (Was Rebecca going to take his name or keep her own for ‘professional’ purposes?
Inquiring minds want to know!) Poor Rebecca, she was having doubts right up until the moment she saw herself in the dress, and as far as we know, her engagement ring is still missing. Maybe one day the alien that took it will drop it back down the wormhole where it belongs.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Rebecca and Zied get married
The biggest issue they were having is that Ramadan was coming up and Zied insisted that if they weren’t married before Ramadan that he would have to go back to his home country of Tunisia because according to his religion during the month of Ramadan he couldn’t be in the same house with a woman unless they were married.
Rebecca therefore had to scramble and plan with the resort that they had previously stayed at in order to basically get a wedding planned in 8 days. On top of losing her engagement ring, her dress also didn’t fit quite right so she had to walk down the aisle in a white corset because that was the only way to fasten the dress in the back, it didn’t zip, and forget having any alterations done, there was no time!
Zied also wanted to wear what, at first description, appeared to be this god awful combo of red and blue for his tux at their wedding, but fortunately Rebecca was there to help him divert that crisis and help him chose shades that weren’t quite so garish.
(Honestly, I was thinking fire engine red with baby blue, which would not have worked at all.) Rebecca even managed to have a Cinderella marriage, complete with horses, to carry her to her prince. It was a really beautiful ceremony, and the service was all about a celebration of their love.
It was one of the nicest 90 day weddings that I’ve seen. Yes it was small, but you could tell that there was genuine love behind it all. We wish Rebecca and Zied the best. Stay tuned!!!
