Jovi Dufren and Yara Zaya have opened up on how their 7-month daughter, Mylah, has been doing.

The duo’s relationship went to the next stage as they finally welcomed their first child together after Yara had gone through a series of struggles in getting pregnant. In an interview with Us Weekly, Jovi revealed how Mylah has taken after Yara. He said: “She’s definitely got her mom’s personality 100 percent. She’s cranky. When she doesn’t like something, she’s going to let you know about it.”
But it has not been all fun and games as you can imagine. Given that it is the first pregnancy the couple have gone through, the usual problems have emerged. He added: “[She’s] of course crying a lot too. It’s a lot tougher than I imagined. Before, [I thought], ‘OK, having a baby. Put on the TV, they’ll be fine.” For all of Jovi’s experiences, how has Yara been doing?
Well, she has noticed some similar traits that Mylah has picked up from her. The most notable being: her presence. She stated: “When I put her on her belly, she turned. She started turning so quickly. She’s a pretty strong baby.” Now that the couple have got their first pregnancy out of the way, will there be plans to have more children in the future? As of now, nothing has been written in the pipeline, but things may change in the future.
In a prior interview given to Us Weekly, Yara stated how there are no immediate plans to have another baby. She noted: “I want to have one more child. Just not now. For me, it’s a challenge to be a mom by myself because Jovi’s [gone] most of the time at work. I can’t do two babies by myself, it’s impossible. I don’t have my family here. So I will love to have one more baby.”
It is great to see the couple finally be able to share those precious moments. We hope that things can continue to go on and improve from here. And who knows, the next baby may on the cards soon.
