British Royal Family News find that Buckingham Palace is insisting once again that they are not the ones behind the apparent smear campaign to ruin Meghan Markle’s reputation.
Only a few days before Meghan and her husband Prince Harry are scheduled to sit down and do their tell-all with Oprah Winfrey, new reports are coming out that suggest the Duchess of Sussex was a ‘bully’ to her staff behind the scenes at the palace. Here’s what you need to know.
Meghan claimed London’s The Times paper – which first published the bullying claims – is apparently being used by Buckingham Palace to supposedly peddle a false narrative about her.

Her lawyers even said the former television actress was “saddened by this latest attack on her character, particularly as someone who has been the target of bullying herself and is deeply committed to supporting those who have experienced pain and trauma.”
With that said, Buckingham Palace has refused to make any additional comments about the matter. But senior royal sources say that complaints being made by ex-staff members were not in any way being orchestrated by the palace or members of the Royal Family.
Instead, Queen Elizabeth and her family are more concerned about the state of Prince Philip’s health than Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s television interview.
Meanwhile, it doesn’t look like CBS, the network that is airing Oprah’s interview, will postpone the special. Even though Prince Philip is doing better, he is still expected to stay in the hospital for another week.
There were some calls from critics that suggested Harry and Meghan should postpone the interview out of respect to Harry’s grandfather, but that’s not going to happen.
One television industry insider puts it this way, “CBS has sold millions of dollars worth of advertising around the interview, but bosses are aware of the delicacy of the Duke’s heath.
They have no loyalty to the royal family, although some feel as though they do to Harry and Meghan. For it to run if Philip’s condition worsened would be like setting off a diplomatic bomb. It would be grossly insensitive and hugely disrespectful.”
