In the wake of the not-so-shocking split between A-Rod and J-Lo, an “army of lawyers” and business managers have been working around the clock, trying to divide the super-couple’s assets.
A source tells Page Six that there have been frantic meetings in the past few days about how to divide “J-Rod’s” joint business ventures and property portfolio with aides breathing sighs of relief that the couple were outbid by hedge fund billionaire Steve Cohen when attempting to buy MLB team, The New York Mets last August.
That hardly makes the task of dividing the “many business projects and real estate deals” easier. Yet the fact that the two were yet to legally marry did make things less complicated.

The numerous ventures cited by the source include the pair’s deal with Hims & Hers, which saw them become investors in the self-care company and a partnership with fitness coaching app, Fitplan. The couple’s joint multi-million dollar real estate ventures are also currently being divided.
Again in August of 2020 “J-Rod” famously purchased a $40 million waterfront home in Miami Beach. The 10 bedroom, 10½ bathroom ‘shack’ was bought with the intent that their blended families could quarantine there. In comfort and style, apparently.
The announcement that the A-list couple had split came on Friday, but it seems their teams have been working behind the scenes for several days already. The couple, who went public with their relationship in 2017 and got engaged in 2019 called it quits in the wake of the Madison LeCroy scandal which first came to light during the Bravo reunion special for “Southern Charm”.
During the reunion LeCroy revealed she had FaceTimed with Rodriguez but insisted she had not met the former Yankee in person.
“He’s never physically cheated on his fiancée with me,” LeCroy went on to declare to Page Six. “I don’t want anything bad for his family, or for mine. We are definitely innocent in this.” It seems A-Rod’s fiancé, did not quite see things the same way as LeCroy.
