Univision Imperio De Mentiras Spoilers: Gran Final highlights and low points

Univision Imperio de mentiras spoilers reveal the Gran Final is in the books. It’s kind of questionable how much attention it got going up against the biggest sports event of the year, but a network’s gotta make room for the new stuff, right?

And by that, we mean ¿Te acuerdas de mí?. It’s having a two-hour premiere tonight, taking the timeslot usually held by Dulce Ambición. More on that in another one. For now, let’s take a look at some highlights and low points of the finale.

Univision Imperio De Mentiras Spoilers: The bad

First, Imperio de mentiras spoilers reveal there were some bad points to this episode. First of all, the whole situation with Fernanda Navarro (Michelle González). Eugenio Serrano (Alejandro Camacho) and Fabricio Serrano (Javier Jattin) had taken her captive.

Eugenio believed she had to be eliminated and Fabricio went along with it. Besides this character turning out to be as bad as daddy, they were also stupid. That gag they had on Fer looked like it wouldn’t stop her from yelling at all. Either character stupidity, or bad execution by the team on set.

Meanwhile, they revealed the real killer—Victoria Robles de Cantú (Leticia Calderón). This, we’re going to call out as bad just because it was so predictable. Within the first part of the premiere, we figured she had something to do with it.

They tried. They made us wonder a minute if Renata Cantú Robles de Arizmendi (Susana González) committed the crime in a bad psychiatric state. However, that didn’t last long.

Renata was also part of a tease at the end. We thought the show would feature her getting married, but it turned out she was just trying on Elisa Cantú Robles’ (Angelique Boyer) veil. Watching Elisa and Leonardo “Leo” Velasco Rodríguez (Andrés Palacios) exchange vows after being such a weak and dysfunctional couple didn’t exactly end things on a good note. But here’s the good part.

Univision Imperio De Mentiras Spoilers: The good

Despite Renata not being the bride, she did get a happy ending. Not only will she get to see Sonia de Serrano’s (Sandra Kai) child, but Mauricio (Carlos Torres) proposed to her before Elisa’s wedding kicked off. We’d been hoping those two would make it, and we’re glad that both she and Sonia survived and found happiness.

Elsewhere, Calderón rocked the murder reveal scene. Especially when the cops learned the truth as well and came for her. Her, “I did it and I’d do it again,” was a cliché, but she delivered the line so well, we couldn’t help but cheer her on a moment.

Even if we’ve thought she’s the reason her daughters are so messed up. Not to mention, she had no problem letting one of her daughters think she’d killed her own father. At least, until she started repressing the memory.

We were also glad to see the end of Darío Ramírez (Iván Arana) didn’t survive the end of the show. He was killed by Eugenio, meaning he and María José “Majo” Cantú Robles (Alejandra Robles Gil) didn’t walk off into the sunset together.

Considering they tried to redeem an irredeemable character, we’re glad they didn’t go there. He deserved to pay the price for all he’d done. As did Eugenio. He not only ended up in jail, but he was paralyzed by Victoria when she shot him.

Univision Imperio De Mentiras Spoilers: The real MVPs

Finally, Imperio de mentiras spoilers reveal we’ve said it before and it bears repeating. There were several characters that were the real protagonists of this show. Characters that stepped up and brought the feels and the great moments when the real one was too weak to do so.

Of course, we’re talking about Renata, for starters. Her whole arc has been one that makes you want this character to win in the end. Susana González particularly rocked those moments when she admitted to being abused as a child, but her horror and pain of “remembering” she killed her father.

Seeing her do the right thing at the end with the baby sealed the deal and made us glad she got that happy ending.

Plus, both Teresa de Velasco (Pilar Ixquic Mata) and Sonia suffered a lot at the hands of their respective men. Plus, they went through a lot of other issues and never really gave up.

Instead, they found an inner strength and kept going. We just wish they hadn’t killed off Leslie Velasco (Assira Abbate). Teresa didn’t deserve that, and neither did Leslie.
