The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have announced that Archie Harrison is going to be a big brother. In an announcement on Sunday, Harry and the former Meghan Markle revealed that another baby royal is on the way.

“We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child,” a spokesperson for the couple said in a statement.
Meghan, 39, and Harry, 36, shared the news with a black-and-white photo showing her laying under a tree with her head on Harry’s lap and a visible baby bump.
“Meg, I was there at your wedding to witness this love story being, and my friend, I am honored to capture it grow. Congratulations to The Duke and Duchess of Sussex on this joyous news!” photographer Misan Harriman wrote in a caption with her photo.
Of course, it didn’t take very long for Buckingham Palace to respond to the news. A statement was released to the press that said, “Her Majesty, the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince of Wales and the entire royal family are delighted and wish them well.”
The news also comes just a few days after the royal family celebrated the arrival of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s newborn son.
Buckingham Palace also released a statement that said, “The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Duke of York, Sarah, Duchess of York, and Mr and Mrs George Brooksbank are delighted with the news. This is Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s first child, The Duke of York and Sarah, Duchess of York’s first grandchild, and the ninth great-grandchild for the Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh.”
So far Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have not revealed their due date.
