’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Stephanie Davison Sues TLC & Accuses Ryan Carr of Raping Her!

’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers find that shortly after last week’s episode aired, an Instagram comment of Stephanie’s began to circulate. In the comment, Stephanie states that she was raped and has plans to sue TLC. Sunday’s episode showed Stephanie alleging that her then (almost) fiancé, Ryan Carr lied about using a condom during sex.

“These clusterf***s that work for this company are going to wish they never deceived me,” Stephanie wrote. “I not only was raped while filming but manipulated to keep filming after I begged to get off set after being bitten hundreds of times by sand flies. But no, they just needed a romantic dinner filmed with Ryan.”

’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Stephanie Davison has plans to sue TLC.

52-year-old Stephanie claimed to need hospital treatment, including being “hooked to IV’s” due to inflammation from the allergic reactions she had to the bites.

“My attorney started legal action today…stay tuned!!” she wrote.

The lawsuit claims that TLC producers were unwilling to pay for Stephanie’s medical expenses, and she is suing for reimbursement for medical costs and other expenses incurred while filming.

This isn’t the first time Stephanie has expressed dissatisfaction with TLC and 90 Day Fiancé producers. In a recent interview with The Celeb Talk Guy, Stephanie revealed that she and 27-year-old Ryan had actually broken up prior to her filmed trip to Belize in October. She asserts she told producers this around mid-August.

Stephanie claimed, “I called the producer and I said, ‘We’re done. I can’t take it anymore’ and they said, ‘No, you’re not done’ and I’m, like, ‘What do you mean I’m not done?’. They proceeded to say, “You know, we’ve put a lot of money into this, and…you know what, Stephanie? You’ve put up with his shit for so long. You’re this close to, you know, something huge. Stick with it. You don’t know what you’d be throwing away’ and I’m, like, ‘But I don’t want to do it. We’ve broken up.’

According to Stephanie, producers wouldn’t take no for an answer. A crew was sent to her hometown of Grand Rapids where they waited for three days until the reality star relented.

So far Stephanie has not mentioned the rape, which stemmed from Ryan not using protection when explicitly directed to, in her lawsuit.

Lying about using protection during sex is called “sheathing” and, as Stephane did not consent to having unprotected sex, can, in some locations, technically be considered rape. It is unknown, however, if Belize is one of the locations where this would be counted as illegal.

Stephanie has thus far been a rather polarizing character on the TLC hit reality show about Americans going through the K1 visa process with their foreign fiancés. However, after seeing how upset Stephanie was about Ryan lying about the condom, a lot of viewers on Twitter and Reddit came to the Skin Envy Clinic owner’s defense.

It will be interesting to see if Ryan makes any subsequent appearances on the show or the Tell All special or any of the Discovery + spin offs that have been created. While TLC doesn’t seem to do a very good job with vetting their stars – felon comes to mind, they are quick to cancel them – Geoff Paschel comes to mind, once viewers make their disgust known.

It seems it may be easier to vet than cancel, but hey, that’s just me. 90 Day Fiancé airs Sundays on TLC at 8pmET
