It seems the original actor, Leonardo Daniel (Lino Ferrer), caught Covid and had to step aside. Daniela Romo (Bárbara Albarrán vda. de Falcón) did a brief intro talking about how he’s doing well at home, but they decided recast with Marco Treviño to keep the story going. That said, let’s see what’s ahead tonight.

First, Vencer el desamor spoilers reveal Eduardo Falcón Albarrán (Juan Diego Covarrubias) wants to take advantage of Linda Brown (Isabella Camil) and plans to commit fraud. He was pretty fed up Thursday night, and we sort of don’t blame him.
She deserves anything coming her way for two reasons. One, she basically enabled a deadbeat father, and even encouraged him to be one when he thought better of it. Plus, she seems to be using her position and her citizenship in the US to treat him like a slave.
For instance, last night, she was dead tired and decided to go home to rest. But she forbid him to do the same, because she has lots more work he had to get done. But he’s still not getting his pay.

Ariadna attacks Lino when she gets home, thinking he’s the rapist. She’ll use pepper spray on him, but have to apologize when she realizes her mistake. Of course, we’re not so sure she’s making any mistake here.
Coincidences are all over the place in novelas, but something is starting to stink here. One, he magically appears to rescue Bárbara when she’s nearly attacked. Then, he just happens to be Dafne Falcón Miranda vda. de Ibarra’s (Julia Urbini) new student.
If that wasn’t enough, he accidently leaves his prized journal that he planned to make a book out of? That just happens to talk about the place Barbara loves so much?
We think that’s just a coincidence too many and he’s actually the one working with Calixto. We’re not sure whether to feel sorry about that or not, because he and Bárbara are kind of cute together.

In other Vencer el desamor spoilers, Olga discovers Ariadna and Álvaro have a relationship. The couple will have a little drama in the beforehand, as Álvaro still has to clear up the car thing, and we’re positive he’ll reassure Ariadna he rejected Olga Collado’s (Altair Jarabo) advances.
Speaking of Olga, she’ll spy them kissing on the street. We can just imagine what she’ll do with that information. However, if her option is to go to Barbara about it, we’ll take major point off for creativity. After all, Romina already pulled that trick.

Finally, Bárbara tells Lino about Calixto tonight. We’ve already talked a bit about what happens with Ariadna, but we have a feeling Bárbara will regret doing this. He’s so playing with her until he’s ready to strike.
