Clare Crawley has once again been bailed out by her ex-husband Benoit Beauséjour-Savard after he reached out to support her in light of her mother suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.

When speaking to her fans on Instagram, she mentioned how relieved she felt in being able to see her mother in light of the pandemic: “I’m so thankful to be able to see my mom in person now. I get so emotional because this time is precious and I know means everything to both of us, especially as her mind is slipping away and her body is getting weaker.
I try and sing and laugh to add a little sunshine to her day, even if it’s only for the 20 minutes they allow. I love it. “She has good days and bad, just like we all do.” Clare has been through a lot lately, and as so often as he has done so, her ex Benoit was there. He responded to the post with: “This just melted my heart .”
The two have continued to remain on good terms since their split which echoed the words they said when as they called it quits: “There are no negative feelings here. We are simply two people who believed in love and were open enough to give it a chance. “We still care for each other very deeply (That is why no hate or disrespectful comments will be tolerated about the other.)”
And staying true to that word, Benoit supported Clare on all her endeavours. Upon finding out Clare had joined the Bachelorette, he said on Instagram: “Congratulations to this gem!! She will be an amazing Bachelorette. She is smart, fun, strong, knows what she wants and most importantly, she will call out the guys messing around!! Hell yeah!!”
Soon after, he even went so far as to congratulate Clare on her relationship with Dale on social media, in spite of what we know now: “Congratulations @ClareCrawley and @DaleMoss13!!! “Clare, you deserve all the best!! Sooo happy for you.”
