According to reports, the blonde beauty has been accused of going through a ‘sham marriage’ with her husband, Thomas Girardi, and the fact that a high-profile Chicago law firm is accusing the RHOBH star and her husband in a federal lawsuit of a scheme to embezzle money from settlements related to the crash of Lion Air Flight 610.

The federal lawsuit alleges that Thomas Girardi embezzled the money to keep up the couple’s celebrity status and to “project a public image of obscene wealth at all times, and at whatever the cost.” But that doesn’t seem to be of the utmost concern for Erika Jayne, as she thinks that the upcoming season of RHOBH will be one of the biggest ones yet.
Many comments from both fans and critics have included, “The fact that Bravo is going to let this woman spew her twisted reality to save her butt, is so disgusting! Imagine the families left suffering and destitute because the money they went to court for has been stolen, will have to watch her in her designer stolen rags strutting across their vision on TV and in print.”
Another critic wrote, “I think Bravo is playing a very dangerous game here with Erika. If they let her go full innocent dove and privilege I think the press, public and even some interest groups might say that’s it and target the whole network for a Boycott,” along with, “Erika’s PR team is working overtime attempting to paint her as an innocent in all this Criminal Mess. Bravo needs to fire her and she needs to be put in jail. End of story.”
So far Bravo has not made any comments about Erika Jayne’s future with the show.
