Bravo head honcho Andy Cohen recently dished about all things Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, including Lisa Rinna’s ugly feud with Denise Richards and Nicolette Sheridan. Here’s what he has to say.
In a new interview on the Everything Iconic with Danny Pellegrino podcast, Andy Cohen said that he absolutely still loved Denise Richards, but understands why she left the show because of all the drama between her, Lisa Rinna, and the rest of the ladies.
As many fans know, there was a lot of resentment from the cast, and especially Lisa Rinna, after Denise refused to confirm or deny her affair with Brandi Glanville.
And while it was certainly none of their business, the RHOBH ladies pointed out Denise’s hypocrisy, as she often criticized them for being too unfiltered about their private lives in front of her kids while seemingly keeping quiet about her own quirks. At least, that’s what they believed.

“Lisa Rinna’s anger was very real and I think there was a part of it that had to do with some production stuff of Denise not being around at the very end where they were all around and they feel like, ‘What if we don’t show up for things?’” Andy explained. “I think the women were really pissed at her for not being more transparent.”
Andy also opened up about the possibility that actress Nicolette Sheridan might join the show. He said that he and his team would never bring back the Hollywood star, seeing how she still has an ongoing feud with Lisa Rinna.
“We haven’t [reached out]. I think Nicolette would be very problematic,” Andy shared. “Sometimes if you toss around the idea of bringing in an actual enemy of a current cast member, you run the risk of the current cast member saying, ‘Okay, well I’m not coming back.’ And we’ve had that situation with other housewives,” he admitted.
As many RHOBH fans can recall, Lisa suggested that Nicolette cheated on Harry Hamlin with Michael Bolton. Lisa is now married to the actor.
