Candace Cameron Bure Admits Her Marriage To Valeri Bure Is Not Perfect

Candace Cameron Bure admits that while she is certainly happy in her marriage, it’s not totally perfect. At least, that’s what she realized while she was in lockdown with her husband. Here’s what Cameron has to say.

Speaking to Us Weekly in a new interview, the beautiful blonde admitted that her marriage to her husband Valeri Bure was tested in many different ways while they were in quarantine together during the early months of the global pandemic that has been the coronavirus. She said that it was the first time that she and her husband, who is also a retired NHL player, were forced to spend so much time together under one roof.

“I’ll be honest because we try. We both travel so much,” she said. “So we were like, ‘This might be the most amount of time we’ve actually spent together in years. This is either going to make us or break us.’ And you know what? It’s made us.”

The Full House actress also said that while there were good days and there were bad days, the quarantine did allow the couple to take a deeper look into their marriage. Luckily, both liked what they saw at the end of the day.

“So many things are put in perspective just being at home, and then you talk through a lot of things and you realize, ‘What are the things we have to work on? What are the things that are working well?’” she said. “I’m really grateful that it’s the one thing that I can look at 2020 — as crazy as this year has been and difficult — and I’m so grateful for my family time because I’ve reevaluated my work schedule, the time that I’m away from my family, and realized that that was not a good balance for me.”
