’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers reveal that Darcey Silva has finally gotten the marriage proposal she always wanted, but seriously, some people are thinking that her now fiance, Georgi Rusev, jumped the gun way too soon. For one thing, he’s still married.
That’s right, the wonder from Bulgaria is married and while he is in the process of getting a divorce from his wife, that was put on hold by, you guessed it, the Great Pause Button that is COVID-19. So lots of people, even people who would normally be happy for Darcey, are side-eying this guy because it looks really shady that he would propose to someone while he was still married.

They are also side-eyeing him because they think that maybe his intentions are not really all that true and maybe he’s just asking Darcey to marry him because he’s tired of hearing her whine. If that is indeed the truth then not only does that make Georgi look like a real douche, but I feel sorry for Darcey.
She really seems like she is in love with this guy this time but if he’s just doing it to appease her then that means he’s worse than Tom and Jesse ever were. For her sake, I hope that his intentions were pure with his proposal.
I also hope that for their sake that there is such a thing as a quickie divorce in Bulgarian law because while you can do that in the US depending on the state, we don’t know what Bulgarian laws are like and just how much of an ordeal this is going to be on the couple.
They haven’t been through all that much yet, COVID, yes, brought them closer but this is a life-changing event that not every couple can rally through. Also, we don’t know just how vindictive this ex-wife of Georgi’s is, what if she proves to be a challenge for his and Darcey’s relationship?
Men go back to their wives all the time, and that’s always a dangerous possibility, then Darcey would be left standing holding the bag, or should I say, ring, as it were. Oy! We do hope the best for Darcey with her new engagement, but we’re prepared for the drama that might ensue. Stay tuned!!!
