The main card is stacked with interesting bouts, and that has increased further now that the opponent for Tyson Nam has been revealed.

UFC News: Nam Revealed During UFC Vegas 10

It was revealed during the broadcast of UFC Vegas 10 last weekend that Tyson Nam will be included on the card this weekend. However, at the time it wasn’t revealed who he would be coming up against. His opponent was revealed early this week, as it was announced he would be coming up against Jerome Rivera.

Fans will be looking forward to seeing Nam back in the octagon again, as he is ranked at 15th in the flyweight division. The 36-year-old from Hawaii has previously competed in numerous MMA companies before making his bow in UFC. Among the companies that he has fought in are World Series of Fighting and King of the Cage.

UFC News: Anticipation High For Nam Fight

There will certainly be a lot of interest to see Nam back in the UFC, as this will be his fourth appearance for the company. His record in the previous three is lost two and won once. The last of those fights was the one that he won, as he knocked out Zarrukh Adashev inside the opening minute. It was a stunning outing form Nam, and it was also awarded Performance of the Night.

His two defeats in the UFC to date have come via decision against Sergio Pettis and Kai Kara-France. Before that first defeat in the UFC against Pettis, Nam had won six of his previous eight fights, with four of these coming via KO or TKO. There is still a lot of excitement surrounding Nam and it will be fascinating to see him back in the octagon to take on Jerome Rivera this weekend in Las Vegas.
