TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days’ spoilers last season, we met Stephanie Matto and her girlfriend, Erika Owens. The two women were the first same-sex couple in franchise history and we wanted them to make it.
They didn’t, but that hasn’t kept them from talking about the show, their past, and their relationship. Stephanie has been opening up to fans and in her newest post, she explained that when she would watch herself on television, she would feel like she needed something changed.

Erika and Stephanie had a lot of fights and mainly because of how Stephanie acted every time that Erika planned something special for them. Stephanie didn’t like her friends either and got a lot of criticism for it. Stephanie has been her biggest critic though.
She posted recently, “I would see it if I ever had a side profile of myself, I would see it on television.” She is speaking about her chin. “If I watched myself on Before the 90 Days, I would just only see that. I don’t know, it bothered me when I photographed myself. As you guys know, my job is literally my appearance to some degree on the internet because I do OnlyFans. So, I want to feel my best and this was something that bothered me for a long time.”

Stephanie ended up getting liposuction on her chin. She did have to chat with her doctors before the procedure. “I know I suffer from a relatively severe hematological condition which is now under control,” she said. “Recently, like about three months ago, I learned that I am actually, finally, after so many years, in pretty much full remission. I’m not cured, I still have it but all of my numbers, my counts are stable. They’re holding at a safe level, and especially my platelets, which is like, a huge one because platelets are what help you clot. Right now, my platelets are a low, normal level which means they’re not like, amazing but they’re like, in a safe range. They’re good. I’m safe.”’
Matto has been sharing a lot with her fans on Instagram and they love that she is opening up about things. We are glad that she opened up about this surgery and we hope that it has made her feel exceptional now that she is showing off a little bit more than her face on her OnlyFans account.
