Joe Rogan has had a lot of change happening in the last few months. With his new Spotify deal that was a reported $100 million, and his sudden decision to move to Texas, the podcast host has been busy. However, with all these new changes, he needed a home in his new city of Austin. Rogan has reportedly purchased a mansion on Lake Austin worth $14.4 million, which now seems like pocket change.
The mansion fits right in with it’s Texas origins, coming in at 10,890 square feet with eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The mansion is located on a beautiful site along Lake Austin in a quiet neighborhood far from the bustling downtown of Austin. The area is lined with trees and the four-acre lost features plenty of green, hilly vistas so we can probably expect some videos and photos of him out running with his dog Marshall.

Joe Rogan Digs Into Spotify Payout For $14.4 Million Lake Austin Mansion
In one of his recent podcasts with comedian Ron White, Rogan spoke about his new home and how he wants to buy some acreages near his new home of Austin. He also talked about opening a comedy club there and having big get-togethers at his home. This could be just the start of his real-estate acquisitions and with some cash burning a hole in his pocket, perhaps we will hear more news soon about more purchases.
While his move and new podcast studio have had some viewers and listeners complaining about the new look, it’s quite obvious Rogan does not give a damn.
