Joe Rogan Conquers His “Inner $itch”, Unveils Work Out Secret – “Gain Positive Momentum In My Day”

Joe Rogan has conquered his “inner bitch” today after his workout. He went on to detail his workout today that included 20-second sprints, followed by 10-seconds of rest. He did this repeatedly to get a total of 40 minutes full of sprints. Take a look at his post below that he shared with the following caption,

“The inner bitch has been conquered… for today. Tomorrow that motherf….r is probably going to act up again and convince me I need a rest. Luckily my @whoop strap will keep me honest and let me know that it’s all bullshit and that I’m good to go.
Today I did 10 rounds of Tabata on the @roguefitness echo bike. 20-second sprints, followed by 10 seconds of rest. I do that for 8 reps, and repeat the process 10 times for 40 minutes of work.
The first few sprints were rough, but the last ones were glorious. Knowing I was at the finish line and that I put that inner bitch in its place once again is a fantastic way to gain positive momentum in my day.

While Rogan has gotten a lot of heat about his Spotify deal, it doesn’t seem like he’s personally changed too much, though we’ll see as time goes on. This post did include two promotions, so fans are worrisome.
